MealTime Online
MealTime Online is the gateway to your student's MealTime Point of Sale cafeteria account at Coyote Creek. A MealTime Online account allows you to view balance, make a deposit into your student's account, or simply view account activity.
Create a MealTime Online User Account
Click on the "Create new account" link to create your MealTime Online user account. You will create a user name and password to login to MealTime Online. Keep your user account information secure. Do not share your password!
Add Students
Click on the "Add New Student" link to add each student to your account using their Student ID. To obtain student ID, please contact Coyote Creek Office at 925-735-1183 or email Coyote Creek School. For any other information pertaining to your child's lunch account, please email Lou Batiza or call 925-824-1809.
Make Deposit
Click on the "Make Deposit" link next to a student's name, or on the navigation bar. You can make one credit card payment to deposit money into one or more student accounts. Click on the "View Details" link next to a student's name to view their cafeteria account balance, purchase history, and online deposits.
Paying for School Lunch
A computerized system for purchasing meals has been implemented at Coyote Creek. Each student will access their meal account by way of a laminated meal card (debit card) that will remain at school. You can deposit money on your child's account three ways:
Cash
If you are depositing cash please place the cash in an envelope with your child's name, grade and teacher's name.
Check
If you deposit a check (payable to SRVUSD) please write your child's name, grade and teacher's name in the memo area.
Online
At Mealtime website Click here for secure online payment. You must first logon using your username/password. To obtain student ID, please contact Coyote Creek Office at 925-735-1183 or email Coyote Creek School. For any other information pertaining to your child's lunch account, please email Lou Batiza or call 925-824-1809.
Cash or checks can be deposited in the office. Deposits received by 9:30AM will be credited in 24 hours. If deposit is received after 9:30AM it will be credited the following work day. When your child's debit card limit is $10 or less your child will receive a written reminder with instructions on how to deposit money. Hopefully this reminder will make it home in your child's backpack. Occasionally ask your child if they have received a reminder and what is their card balance. Students are informed of their balance when they ask lunch personnel.
