One way PTA can best serve the teachers is by working behind the scenes. Copy room volunteering is very flexible and is a wonderful gift to the teachers so they have more time for lesson planning and classroom preparation.

Duties Include: copying a variety of pages for a teacher’s (assorted K-5^th) particular lesson. Specific copy and count instructions are assigned onto a work order in the copy room attached the originals. All the information needed will be given on the instruction sheet and found in the copy room request box. You make the copies and put the finals and originals in the teacher’s box when you are complete.
