Breakfast book club is designed to incite the love of reading, and to encourage thoughtful literary discussions among peers. Young readers in grades 1st-5th will have the opportunity to read age appropriate "favorites" at their leisure. Discussions about the books will be lead by trained parent volunteers in a welcoming setting. Communication skills will be emphasized, as will reciprocal respect to the interpretations of others, thus enabling our children to grow literarily and socially.

To accompany a healthy exchange of thoughts will be a healthy breakfast, including fresh fruit, bagels and cream cheese, yogurt, and 100% fruit juice.

Coyote Creek's Breakfast Book Club enrollement was done at registration and the first few weeks of school.
