What is Art Masterpiece?
Art Masterpiece is a volunteer run program, the purpose of which is to enrich the students' education with knowledge of the lives of famous artists, art principles and styles relating to these artists, and with hands on activities to reinforce these teachings. Grade level presentations, done (either in assembly or in the class library time) along with class projects are held 3 to 4 times each school year. Materials required for the program are funded through the PTA, by donations given by individuals and by grants.
