Kindergarten Enrollment 2010-2011

Information
Students currently enrolled in Coyote Creek do not need to re-enroll for next year. This information is for new to district students or students enrolling in kindergarten next year.
To pick up an enrollment packet three proofs of residency are required (even if you already have a student at Coyote Creek):
- Photo ID of parent/guardian: Driver’s license, CA issued ID, passport, military ID
- A mortgage statement, grant deed, escrow papers, property tax bill, or lease/rental agreement that includes property address, names of occupants, and signatures of both parties with two months of consecutive cancelled checks or bank transfers within the school year.
- Current PGE or water bill with name and address listed (within 60 days for new move ins)
When you return the enrollment packet you will need to provide the following:
- Original birth certificate, passport or baptism certificate
- Complete immunization record. Yellow California immunization card is preferred.
- Physical date for grades K and 1
